Multiple Failed Attempts at Meeting with Chase Granberry for Logflare Dashboard Creation

Hi, I honeslty dont know where else to post this short of responding to Chase's twitter to inspire action. After multiple no-shows to the "Schedule a Call" offer on logflare app, and after multiple emails to Chase(the first which he opened - never opened any follow-ups requesting his attention). I have no other way of finding out what's going on? Why offer folks to schedule a call if he won't honor it? He is clearly alive and online(posting on twitter/X), I am a first time user and this is such a poor look that it even makes me feel like not even signing up for the paid solution! Is this how Chase deals with his customers?
