Seeking Help to Convert `Effect<string[]>[]` to `Effect<string[][]>`
Hi, day one minute ten of effect, could anyone tell me where to find
sequence? I'm coming from ramda and fp-ts and I have Effect<string[]>[] and would like Effect<string[][]>. Thanks!
