Lack of New Spans in `@opentelemetry/semantic-conventions`

I think it's really cool that

@opentelemetry/semantic-conventions

@opentelemetry/semantic-conventions

includes all the deprecated span attributes and nearly none of the new stable ones. Really makes it useful and fun to use, I get to do everything twice for fun!
