supabase start pulls outdated docker image

When I run supabase start gotrue:v2.82.4 gets downloaded and used instead of gotrue:2.125.1 as specified in the docker-compose.yml

I am using the latest version of supabase (1.123.4) and all other images match the ones specified in the docker-compose.yml
