What is the best AUTH Tutorial (Email & Providers) out there for Next.JS14 ?

As the title suggests, I'm looking for an auth tutorial using Supabase that's up to date and covers all new and important features. Most of project tutorials only set up some base level auth, for the show, but I like to make things production ready from the beginning.
