Not receiving magic link or emails on Outlook

I am trying to use a magic link authentication method but am not receiving the emails when I input an Outlook or custom domain email hosted via Outlook. Other email providers are working perfectly fine.

Is something down? Nothing showing on the status pages.

Try changing the template from standard. I seem to recall Outlook being finicky on spam, but I thought it was mainly reset password template.

If other providers are working then it is not a Supabase issue, versus Outlook blocking the email for some reason.

Hi! I am using a custom html template. Oddly it was working before in Outlook. Now it’s not even showing up in spam.

I don't see how Supabase servers would care where you send it. At same time not sure why Outlook would stop sending. I glanced at their status page and shows up.

Is this more than one outlook email address?

If you are using Supabase's default SMTP, you might change to your own. I use Brevo and it has a decent free plan.
