IF your only doing a panel restore then you should be fine since all data regarding server is stored in the DB
its a complete disk wipe and restoration
to previous state

that Blueprint is trying to style stuff
and stellar is too

Well recolor is a client view theme
so should overwrite alot of the stuff that is causing issues

2. remove resources folder
3. remove public folder
4. update panel
5. run "yarn"
6. run "blueprint -upgrade"
