Supabase is very unresponsive/slow around noon (CET), some days of the week.

Loading tables (20 rows) can take upwards of 15 seconds and role-selection also takes quiet a while before it's registered.
It works fine in the morning.

Is it because we still are on the free plan and we are hitting some weekly quota of usage?
