resourcepack folder not working when i launch game

ive tried making a new folder in the terraria directory, ive tried reinstalling the game and all the "solutions" it tells me to try in the error but none of them are working please help, here is the error and the client.log where the error is

ive tried looking online for some solutions and i tried those but they also didnt work and i really dont know what else to do and ive also asked in the official terraria discord but ive been getting steamrolled over (getting ignored) and only one person answered me

The problem is with OneDrive, it may be disconnect and inaccessible, or TML has no access to it .onedrive

Sorry the tag isn't working Looks like you are having issues with OneDrive. to use the tag you have to write .tag -g 175813427585875968 onedriveissue since a mod hasn't done the command that allows people to use it just with the name

omg i think im dumb i was meant to put the folder i made in "tModloader" and not "modloader" 🤦‍♂️ lowk embarassing, thank you tho
