After a database upgrade, my database is gone

Upgrading from 15.1.0.133 to 15.1.1.2 looks like it succeeded in Supabase Dashboard but the database server isn't accepting incoming connecitons. I've tried pause project, unpause project, restart project, and my latest attempt at pausing the project has put the project in a perpetual state of pausing....

Any and all assistance would be amazing.
