Steam.api.Init failed error has now turned into Content File Locked Error
I was able to download tmodloader for the first time without issue, but I would get an error (screenshot 3) saying there was an error in the game files and to check the logs. I had never opened tmod before, so there were no logs to check. I downloaded and re-downloaded both terraria base game and tmod probably ten times at this point. I followed other instructions of sign-out and sign-in, and was met with the same issue. In an attempt to do more in-depth troubleshooting I downloaded what was recommended in the help forum and other forums online (screenshot 2). After doing so, I now am getting a new error where tmodloader will now not even download and am getting a content file locked error (screenshot 1).
I no longer know what to do and the general troubleshooting guide has nothing on my specific issue. Please help, thank you.

for content file locked, you should be able to just restart your computer to fix that
But you should have logs, are you sure you checked that folder?
