No Map?

I'm playing with my friend and for some ungodly reason my map just took the day off, never to be seen again.

The game deemed your computer not performant enough to render the minimap. You can undo that by closing the game, going to %userprofile%/Documents/My Games/Terraria/ModLoader%userprofile%/Documents/My Games/Terraria/ModLoader (/tModLoader/tModLoader if 1.4), open the config file with a text editor, find "MapEnabled": false,"MapEnabled": false,, change false to true, save, then open the game
