Auth Hooks on Free Plan

Hi Team -
The auth hooks (https://supabase.com/docs/guides/auth/auth-hooks) say that a custom access token can be achieve on the free and pro plan. I'm using the free plan and get the following error:
Failed to update auth configuration: Auth Hooks can only be configured on Teams or Enterprise plansFailed to update auth configuration: Auth Hooks can only be configured on Teams or Enterprise plans
