Numbers appearing in text when I attack

For some reason whenever I attack numbers (generally either 1 or 2) appear in the messages at the bottom left. I'm guessing it's showing how many times I hit the enemy as that would make the most sense, but I didn't do anything between times I opened up the game. The mods I'm using are Fargo's souls, Mutant and music mod, boss checklist, ore excavator, recipe browser, alchemist npc lite, magic storage, WeaponOut and WMITF. I'm also playing on master and eternity mode.
