Join world, game freezes, game closes.
This is the exact issue that my friend is currently going whenever he ever tries to join any world.
We have the same mod list, same version (tmod and terraria), and he has also reinstalled tmodloader as well. This is likely an issue specific to his system or the like, but a quick look at the logs does not really tell much of a story?

To clarify something probably obvious, I am encountering zero issues using these mods on any world.

Dunno if it helps, but he can run tmodloader without any mods just fine. But I can run all the mods he ran just fine as well.

Another set of logs when he tried to play again.
I see nothing in the logs that would indicate a crash or out of memory issue

That's what shocked me as well, it straight up just closes without any indication as to why
