Game crashes when I join a world
So I always crash when I join Worlds where smth is build. I tried joining without mods, ressource packs and even reinstalled the game but nothing works. Can anyone help me fix this?

sorry just saw ur supposed to upload all of em
Looks like you are running out of RAM. Somehow other programs running are using all of your 16GB ram
Look in task manager and see what is using your RAM
