Optimal Placement of NodeContext for Efficiency and Standardization
Is it better to provide NodeContext (or any R value) at the source of the requirement or near the edge of the effect boundary (at the program/main before running the effect)?
Pros:
less verbose typing,
more standardized typing for future context (local vs remote having different R paths but same A path)

more applications of provided service,
more verbose functions
