found server stuck
playing via host and play with same mods and same version
there is 6 other people that are able to join. It was working yesterday and now it wont even work for me

Well, restarting the server computer might help. Another thing that might help is checking client.log for "3 most recently changed workshop mods:" and seeing if there are any recent changes, it's possible a mod broke multiplayer when updating
you can also post the server's server.log file and the client.log of a client that can't connect
