crash before game loads, corrupted config.json file
Ive tried replacing the config file, deleting it, deleting the other config file, have one config file installed and the other not, and nothing has worked. I have no I dea what to do, pls help!

Find the config.json file that it mentions and just delete it. Then try to launch the game again.

also tried reinstalling terraria and tmod and that didnt work, forgot to mention that in op
There are a lot of config.json files in those folders, double check that you deleted the Terraria/tModLoader one. After deleting that again and trying to launch again, send the client.log file the error mentions

Not the zip, the actual file in the tModLoader-Logs folder

You don't need to search, just navigate to the folder
You wouldn't be getting this error if the folder didn't exist
You can just copy and paste
C:/Users/16364\Documents\My Games\Terraria\tModLoader into the address bar of file explorerflat-fuchsiaOP•2y ago
