SOMEONE HELPPP IT WONT LAUNCH

Ive tried most things and i've spent money on this game need to play, When i first downloaded tmodloader it worked but then i tried downloading my friends mod pack and it glitched out. Then i tried a bunch of stuff and i dont know where im at rn. HELPPPPPP DM MEE
