Repeater not working within Tab or Wizard\Step

Hi,

I have a repeater as shown in the attached image. It works fine on a form at root level, so the relationship is setup correctly.

However, when it is nested under a Tab or Wizard\Step it doesn't load the relationship items.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
