"Pricing error for savings plan"

Website says "Pricing error for savings plan" when I try to create a savings plan for my A6000 server. Both 3 month and 6 month plans just give an error message and I'm unable to create a savings plans.

Log it on the web chat to create a support ticket so someone can look into it for you.

How? When I click the web chat area it's just an AI bot that does nothing helpful

Thanks, I also emailed them a couple of days ago but no response, and it's costing me extra money each day no one responds and I can't have a savings plan.

Also I had a savings plan on this, it finished, and it won't let me get a new one.

Maybe its some bug in creating a new savings plan when the previous one ends.
