GPU cloud storage GONE + billed for entire month

I'm seriously starting to think you guys have something against me. This is the second time you've lost my pod since I started casually using your service, but this time it's borderline illegal. I've been billed for the entire month of Feburary with no indication of when, or if you deleted my pod again. I specifically chose a different setup so it WOULD NOT get deleted like last time. To top it off, there are ZERO audit logs. How is that even possible? ---- This is seriously concerning.

If you guys have some sort of backup for my pod it would instantly alleviate any issues I have. Please let me know what information you need to investigate this

Like just say "I have pod issue" in the chat? its a team account, I dont have access to main team email

Do you have pod ? Pod id? What I can suspect is that owner of main team account could delete it

There was no pods running since I last used it, but it was kept offline and I was being billed for storage Is it possible the storage was backed up on your end? I clearly should not have been being billed if something didn't exist or was deleted.

would have been around $15.99 but I really need to ask, why and how did this happen? Can I trust that you guys won't delete the next pod I create and pay for? What steps can I take to ensure this won't happen again?
