filament version v2.17.55
i dont have file in providers folder

Wait, PanelProviders were introduced with v3. So why are you looking for a PanelProvider?
i have to enable the forgot password option in the login form
v2 didn't have those options. in v2 you'll want to look into the v2 version of the Breezy plugin.
