Refresh child selects

Hello, when I have several nested selects in the filter. How do I make it so that when I choose the value in one, its children clear the options before filling them in again? See the image. When I change the company, the old value remains as a number and it carries the new values. This is happening in the Table Builder filters. Thanks.
