Proposal to Add Custom Matchers to @effect/vitest Similar to fp-ts-jest-matchers

Any interest in adding custom matchers to @effect/vitest? E.g.

expect(x).toBeSome("value")

expect(x).toBeSome("value")

Similar to https://www.npmjs.com/package/fp-ts-jest-matchers. Personally, I find these quite useful and I would be happy to create a PR if this is something of interest.
