You can plug it into the computer via USB with IO0 connected to GND, upload the firmware, unplug it
You can plug it into the computer via USB with IO0 connected to GND, upload the firmware, unplug it from the computer, remove the jumper (IO0 to GND), connect the sensor to pins IO0 and IO2, then plug it back in via USB and it should run the code.
