C# VISUAL STUDIO 2019 HELP:

C# VISUAL STUDIO 2019 HELP: I was trying to create a service based database, but it wouldn't let me, my professor says to make sure my project is a .net form project and recreate the database and make sure it is a local database and connect to the local one. Can you tell me how to do that?

ok A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 50 - Local Database Runtime error occurred. Error occurred during LocalDB instance startup: SQL Server process failed to start.

i would look at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/database-engine/configure-windows/sql-server-express-localdb?view=sql-server-ver16 to make sure you have SQL express installed
