error with installation script

I got an error when installing blueprint here is a capture

It's a fresh install of ptero and blueprint following the official docs.

Are you sure its a full fresh install?
aka No remaining goofy files from previous installs

just installed ptero, wings and then blueprint
i will just reinstall
