Seeking Top 20 Most Used Features in Effect for Beginners

Hey everyone! I am getting started with Effect and love it so far. It's pretty overwhelming trying to learn it given all it's functionality. Is there a rank order list of the top 20 things in effect that get used in the majority of production apps? I'm trying to reduce the surface of things to focus on when getting started
