What to use: Repeater or Key-value

I have checked the docs of both repeater and key-value form builder fields. I liked both. I am confused about, what are the differences and why to prefer one on other. Case study: I have to get input for specifications, https://www.leons.ca/products/kelleher-sofa-silver-grey check this and go to specifications on the right side (scroll a bit).
