Proposal for Adding ReadonlyRefs and ReadonlySubscriptionRef in Context

Can we add ReadonlyRefs (and ReadonlySubscriptionRef)? I want to provide a Ref as part of a Context but I'm mean and I don't want it to be changed anywhere else..
