Seeking Assistance with SocketServer IPC in `@effect/experimental` Package

Hey Tim, I am struggling to use the SocketServer from the 
@effect/experimental
 package for ipc with another program. Are there any helpers right now to send/receive content? Or is there any way to get an effect/Channel that I can use with streams and sinks?
