Is it possible to use XLS for import action with an importer?

Is this possible or is there a way I can quickly get the rows of an XLS in my project (importer)? Maybe a quick convert option from xls to csv?

You can save as .csv in excel.

It should be done inside the project. Clients requirement to import xls... 😦

XLS is not currently supported, you could try and convert it yourself or just use another package for impoting.
