Blueprint developer mode enabled but can't run "blueprint -init"

I disabled and reenabled it and it still says "FATAL: Developer mode is not enabled." I checked on the database and the value is true. Idk what I did wrong

Could you try running php artisan bp:sync

That could work, but I reinstalled blueprint which synced it with the DB before reading your message. Thanks for the help tho
