Inferring Schema from Type

Hello guys,

Is it possible to infer schema from a type?

type UserType = {
    readonly name: string;
    readonly age: number;
}

type UserType = {
    readonly name: string;
    readonly age: number;
}

And output be

S.Struct({
    name: S.String,
    age: S.Number
})

S.Struct({
    name: S.String,
    age: S.Number
})

Without declaring an schema? so in reverse
