Node runtime and uncaughtException handling
Do the Node runtime / Effect have any built-in handlers for
uncaughtException? Currently running into one because my process is quitting before a Pino logger has fully flushed its logs, and it's better in my case to just log and drop the error rather than waiting for a log flush.
