How to see all downloaded NuGet-Packages from different VS-projects?

I want to know how to see all listed packages I used in different projects

I think you're mistaken the term project and solution.
A solution can include projects in a 1:n relationship.

if u are on windows, C:\Users\<your username>\.nuget\packagesC:\Users\<your username>\.nuget\packages to see all u ever downloaded
