Dear, I have some doubts regarding blueprint, my idea is to add a few addons to this, for example a plugins installer and mods installer that I found. My big question is, by installing and following the installation guide, can I continue installing other addons without using blueprint?

No, you can't use non blueprint addons while having blueprint installed

Si tienes un desarrollador de addons o parecido y quieres usar blueprint
pidele que te pase los addons a blueprint
o viceversa
