GPU accelerated machine learning on RK3588

I've just installed Immich for the first time but I can't get the hardware acceleration working for the machine learning part. I had to merge hwaccel.ml.yml into the main compose file since I'm using OMV and as far as I can see I've done it correctly but according to the logs it always falls back to CPUExecutionProvider.
All of the devices mentioned in the guide are avaliable under /dev and hardware transcoding is working with Jellyfin so the drivers must be enabled in the kernel. I've also corrected the path to libmali.so and checked the path to the firmware file.
