hm, I understand why the rare token (ohwx or whatever other rare stuff) can work for training new stuff, but what if what I want to train is already in the model, but its just crap and low quality?
like you want to improve already existing concepts, people, stuff like that. if for training I were to use tokens like "very muscular" "iridescent clothes" "erika eleniak" etc - would the training I do build upon and improve the tokens OR it would just further mess things up because these original tokens were bad in the first place?
