Issue with template literals type in @effect/[email protected] after upgrade

Just upgraded from

@effect/[email protected]

@effect/[email protected]

and now my template literals have the type

Schema.TemplateLiteral<never>

Schema.TemplateLiteral<never>

. Can see it on the Effect Playground here: https://effect.website/play#fd1ddb06bb92. Checked the changelogs but I see nothing relevant that would say this usage is no longer supported
