Seeking Feedback on Custom Dual Implementation with Compile Error in h1
Hello! Updating to latest effect now and I rediscovered a custom impl I've done for dual weeks ago when I wrote about it here but nobody answered ((https://discord.com/channels/795981131316985866/1160886756657352715/1162041544149303346)) so 
retrying now since it may be worth it.
If you look close h1 is where my custom impl shows a compile error which normal effect dual doesn't show up in h2.
Is this valuable?
