Handling Independent Subscriptions in WebSocket Streams with Effect Mechanisms
I have a WS connection to some remote server. You can "subscribe" to some topic by sending

It is impossible to achieve if i will use classic
Extending the scope to some global one is not a solution. I need to unsubscribe from topic when it has no consumers at the moment for the sake of keeping WS connection clean.
Is there a way to handle this case with Effect built-in mechanisms?
