Seeking Advice on Implementing End-to-End Type Safe API with Effect/Schema

I managed to get Effect introduced in my team. Glad to see our code base being "infested"
with Effect.
The next hurdle is to have end-to-end type safe api with effect/schema.
Has anyone done that? If so, what would be a good way of doing it? I found this ts-rest(https://ts-rest.com/) package, but didn't have enough time to see if it works with Schema.
