serverless idle workers billing
hello, question about billing on serverless? when does it incur cost? does it incur even no one is calling the serverless endpoint and the workers are idle?
I got billed for one run, there is a button called run there, then I stopped/cancelled it after 10 seconds. then I took a break, after an hour I saw my billing cost around $0.8, how? serverless endpoint was never been called again. and my storage is only 50gb. is serverless worker that idle incur cost?
