Its not possible to attach "network storage" to existing pods, you can create a new one to use it
or if you want to add the storage capacity, you can just find the menu button and edit pod increase the disk space there
ok and for more storage is it volume disk or container disk that i need to increase?
like i need more space for files in /workspace
Both, depends if youre using /workspace its volume disk
if its outside /workspace then its container disk

Network storage is like volume disk
but network storage is attachable to other pods too if you create more in the same dc / region
when i delete network storage after buying does it refund me or nah
