transfer achievements
the first thing i noticed after transfering my world and player was the workbench achievement

Achievements are seperate in tModLoader vs Terraria. If you really care to transfer them, close tModLoader, go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<YourSteamID>\105600\remote and copy the achievements-steam.dat. Paste it in Documents\My Games\Terraria\tModLoader and rename it to achievements.dat (replace the file that is already there).adverse-sapphireOP•14mo ago

Apologies for the necroposting, but I have the same issue - I really want to add a QoL mod to my game, but at the same time - don't want my current in-game achievements and progress gone (stuff like fishing quests, for example)...
I tried this method - but upon loading the game, it seems like it fails to read the file - and completely deletes it instead.
This is the error that appears in the log when that happens...
Is there anything I'm missing?
