the command executed was in cmd, but where the project was coded, yes, it was in visual studio code

after that type "Guna.UI2" then download it
it should automaticly embedded to your project
after that you can use it
But still i suggest to use Visual Studio or Rider

Apparently the error has changed, now it's another one
Your project file doesn't list 'win' as a "RuntimeIdentifier". You should add 'win' to the "RuntimeIdentifiers" property in your project file and then re-run NuGet restore.
