Pod Down for hrs

Any idea how long this will take to resolve, I cannot access my pod.

This is disappointing, I have stuff in my pod that I need access to and was training for past several days. I had moved away from https://jarvislabs.ai/ because of wierd issues like this.

I am still getting charged for the pod even though it is down and it says you will not be charged.

I had to delete and start over.

I got a message from runpod "During some recent testing, we accidentally created a template and launched a pod under your account. I sincerely apologize for this mistake on our end."
I assumed it was due to this that my pod was unreachable.
